UK HR Engagement Surveys — Your Input Matters
Campus Community,
As I walk across our campus and travel throughout the Commonwealth, I am inspired by the impact of your work.
Whether you support students, facilitate discoveries, care for patients, maintain our campus grounds or work with farmers and business owners across the state — you make our mission to advance Kentucky possible.
That’s why I want to encourage you to complete this year’s Employee Engagement survey. For the first time, we are conducting surveys for both UK HealthCare (Sept. 3-26) and UK at Work (Sept. 8-26) concurrently.
We know that engaged employees feel a stronger connection to UK and care about our collective success.
This is your opportunity to share your perceptions and experiences about working here — providing a tool that leaders utilize to inform decisions that directly affect employees.
Your responses are confidential, but results from these surveys help directors and supervisors across campus address concerns and continue what’s working well in their individual areas.
Your input helps us identify our organizational strengths and opportunities for improvement in both our work environment and team culture.
Previous surveys have led to changes including expansion of well-being resources and increases in the amount of paid parental and elder care leave available to university employees.
For more information on the surveys, visit this UK Human Resources site.
Thank you for your feedback and for your efforts to help us serve the people of Kentucky.
